ScheduleHound is ready for your whole firm
ScheduleHound began as a personal deadline tool. Organizations turn it into a shared firm workspace without turning every person into a firm-wide administrator.
One firm workspace, with clear boundaries
An organization brings the parts of ScheduleHound that belong together under one roof:
- one organization subscription and billing relationship;
- owners and administrators who can manage the firm-wide setup;
- members who see only the calendar Sets assigned to them;
- a default organization that each user can choose for day-to-day work; and
- recognizable intake addresses for the firm and its teams.
A firm can choose a unique organization handle for its default intake address, such as okaforlaw@mail.schedulehound.macrify.me. Teams can add a name in front of that handle, such as litigation.okaforlaw@mail.schedulehound.macrify.me or probate.okaforlaw@mail.schedulehound.macrify.me.
Those addresses are intentionally recognizable, so intake is protected by authorized-sender controls. The organization decides which senders may submit documents. Verification records, membership roles, team assignments, and intake routing settings are stored so ScheduleHound can enforce those choices.
Email parsing is the heart of the paid plan
The main paid capability is forwarded-email parsing. A team can forward a court document to its intake address, have ScheduleHound extract the deadlines, and review the results before anything reaches a calendar.
Organization routing means the same firm can direct an incoming document to the right calendar Set without maintaining unrelated, randomly generated addresses. Owners and administrators can manage the full organization; ordinary members stay within the Sets assigned to them.
Why Credits replace token limits
Tokens were a poor proxy for the work a law firm asked ScheduleHound to perform. They measure the internal size of an AI request, not the number of documents reviewed or deadlines extracted. Two documents that feel equivalent to a user can consume very different token counts, and a more efficient extraction pipeline can reduce tokens without changing the value of the result.
Credits give each plan an exact, stable allowance expressed in a unit ScheduleHound controls. The current free allowance is , the paid plan allowance is , and an Organization includes . The Credit figures are exact. The corresponding document counts—about 10 on free and about 80 on paid—are estimates because document length and complexity vary.
